The tldr of the show was that every episode, Angela would throw a bratty tantrum over some petty fucking issue, like her best friends getting the last two scoops of her favourite ice cream and now she has to have a slightly less favourable ice cream flavour. She spends the entire episode boding and getting pettier until she finally ends it with a murder fantasy, a straight up literal murder fantasy for the person(s) who slighted her, ending with he sighing and guessing it's not worth the effort, haha, so quirky, camera wink.
It was made to be a show for Canadian kids that saw things from there perspective, but it was nothing but the writings of adults who straight up hate kids.
Stickin' Around was an infinitely better cartoon in that regard, kids loved and identified with it. Angela Anaconda was just this... tone deaf, creepy show by old men making a child-friendly Canadian South Park.
