Sportsball games

every single ubisoft and sony series

this is the real answer. pokemon games, though similar, have enough differences in gameplay and design that you can have a debate about which one is the best. even call of duty games have different maps, sportsball games are literally the EXACT same map and the EXACT same gameplay for every single entry.

Does anything even change between Fifa releases except players?

pokemon is for babies.

Yea but those are basically simulations. Pokémon is a fantasy game.

I mean, it's meant to be a roster update. That's it.

Pokemon is COD for people who hate COD.

Mario

Souls

Fifa?

I really like it when fags who know nothing about sports complain about sports games

>creates 100-200 new monsters every 3 years + 20-30 new human characters most of them delicious girls
>just released a "main" game that plays completely different than any mainline
>creatively bankrupt

You are stuck in 2016 bro

Grand Theft Auto, and it's not even a contest.

>make a Sportsball 2020 game
>instead of making a new game, just release a roster update patch every season
i mean i know they do it for the money, but how do people keep falling for it?

Soulsborne

I really like it when fags who know nothing about games praise sports games

Because new seasons have more than just roster changes for one but people who don't follow sports don't know these things and think they're oh so clever when they say

>Derp just release a new roster patch

Someone sounds triggered and your argument is a non sequitur.

no dude you don't get it, like pokemon still has pokemon in it that you catch and it's turn-based instead of being an action rpg with battle passes, it's the same game

Why would it change genres thats retarded. Just play something else.

i was just being facetious, i don't understand either. there are some literal autists who think that all games need to be exactly the same and only cater to them. I shouldn't be so surprised that video games cater to people who don't understand that "not everyone likes strawberry ice cream" but there it is

100 monsters every 3 years isn't that much work
