All enemies and areas are uninteresting and has poor as fuck design. You just run past everything to get to the bosses. And all bosses are the same too. Similar designs and spamming same (on crack) attacks

100% of the Any Forumstards seething about Elden Ring don't actually own the game and are lashing out at the game as a result of FOMO. This is just a result of them trying to cope.

The pattern I'm noticing here is that lots of Any Forums users seem to think anything execution-related is bad because, and this is what it boils down to, it's a barrier of entry. You don't magically become good at fighting games by memorizing a combo and you don't magically become good at RTS games by having 200+ apm, it's after these things the real game reveals itself and Any Forums as a collective mostly never got to this part.
I'm convinced that at its core Any Forums is as much counter-culture as Any Forums in general has always been, so when people complain about (for example) souls games being hard/needing an easy mode it will mostly hop on the lol filtered/git gud memes, but if a game like ER becomes popular many of its users will automatically switch to the 'bad game design' memes in a heartbeat, just so they can retain their aura of being a critical, high-functioning games connaisseur without actually ever having gotten to the point of being anywhere near surfacelevel-deep.
One of the reasons I love Any Forums is how blatantly 'counterculture' it is but the cold hard truth remains that many of its users are actual preprogrammed npcs that will take any stance that aligns with where they think they're supposed to stand without even realizing why they're doing it.
