I've never been that kind of rager in any situation. Ragest rage I've ever raged was when I was into Rocket League, playing competitive matches, and I'd often just give my controller a light toss onto the carpet.
And I quit that game years ago because it got to a point where playing it was just putting me in a worse mood because my rank plateaued and I became perpetually tilted with no signs of improvement.
