Why doesn't anyone make a game where you control two characters, one male, one female (either co-op, or switch between them at various times).
The female character has lower stats in every category, (for instance, strength, movement speed, damage output, and inventory size), but tasks must be completed in game that require two people (one activating a switch remotely, both carrying a heavy object, etc.)

The whole point would be that while she is inferior, the man is still better off with her than without, and she is certainly better with him.
You can offset a few stats, say make the man require additional food, or make the woman better at speech checks at certain points.

Timesplitters 2 simply lets you play the story in co-op mode, it's either male (P1) and female (P2) or viceversa depending on the level.
