Where in the FUCK are the armor sets in this game? I'm 12 hours into the game, killed a bunch of bosses and one main boss, unlocked huge chunks of the map already, killed a bunch of enemies, looted a bunch of chests and corpses, where are the god damn armors, I'm still using the armor of my class (vagabond). Don't spoil too much just tell me this is normal.

just keep grinding for drops from the mobs bro ;)

I don't know bro, I found some spare pieces of equipement and one(1) alchemist set in 16h of game.

I literally have to many armor sets

There's not a lot of sets in limgrave bar the three you can farm from mobs

It is normal, most armor sets are from corpses in random holes and dungeons, or you have to buy them from merchants all over the world. Armor drops are quite rare too. The game has incredible weapon variety, but really lacks in armor choice (except helmets and hats, there are a LOT of them).
But then again, it's not like you really need much armor to begin with, since light weight is much more important.

12 hours is nothing, I had my vagabond until I reached Hogwarts. There's large influx of armors once you start hunting other Tarnished and reach Capital

I've gotten a few from mobs. A few of those I did have to grind for though. Took maybe 5 or 6 respawns to get a full set.

>Where in the FUCK are the armor sets in this game?
it seems most armor sets are mid-to-late game and are acquired from corpses in dungeons, shops, or npc drops. So it's reasonably normal, still I got the lordsworn armor set from guards pretty easy

the /fa/ is kinda lackluster here desu. Sets look good but they don't really mix well

It's normal, the game is much bigger than you probably think.

The gameplay works best if you're a DEXfag so your choice of armor is already a bit limited

>Exploring Academy right now
>Just found the most swag knight armor with tassels and capes and jewels and shit

Aw yeah, we be rollin' with da wizards

Its all from the mobs. You need to raise your item discovery by using the golden great rune.
>but i dont want to use a rune arc
Go help a few retards and come back.

>The gameplay works best if you're a DEXfag
There are a bunch of powerful new combat additions all specifically designed for str users.

What exactly, so far only jumping attacks seems worth it to me
It's quite boring, makes me feel likee I'm playing Dragon's Dogma Warrior again which wasn't to my liking

>what exactly
Guard counters.
When you block an attack it lets you blast out a heavy attack faster than your normal attack. Its so good that now you are totally fine to use your shield against bosses. Ive been beating bosses by just absorbing their combos and staggering them with speedy guard counters.
You have to stop skipping tutorials user.

Sorry to ask, but how is that a "bunch"?
They added a jump attack (which is retarded) and the guard counter
That's very basic things really
It's nice, but it doesn't make me think much about it

Stance breaking is a big deal and fast weapons are shit at it.

>.t hasnt even beaten margrit

Volcano manor will send you to kill some random NPCs, they drop decent armor

>Sorry to ask, but how is that a "bunch"?
user, you need to do the fucking tutorial. They work with a new addition called stagger not poise, which is practically only usable by strfags (and gravity mages). Its sekiros posture meter but invisible and you dont instakill.
Combine that with charged heavy attacks and str users now have a decent arsenal to play around with.
>That's very basic things really
You arent using it fully, so its not basic enough for you.
>it doesn't make me think much about it
I can tell. Play the fucking tutorial.
