I feel like I missed out on such an important experience of the game. I kept seeing all the posts about how crazy Radahn was and thought he was much later in the game along with most of Caelid since i got wrecked going there early. After clearing most of the capitol and beating Morgott I went back to doing Rannis quest which required me to kill Radahn. I went back into Caelid for the first time since the beginning and was so giga leveled (was around 85 at the time) that by the time I got to Radahn I beat him first try.
I know it sounds stupid, and some autist will probably sperg out about it, but I enjoy dying at least a few times to a boss to properly take the time to learn and get better and appreciate the fight. I spent a good bit of time learning Morgott's bullshit and even if the fight itself was underwhelming I still enjoyed it. I dont even think I saw all of Radahns moveset.

Man the well is one of my most memorable gaming experiences in a long time. Finding that well randomly and it just going down down down for so long, finally getting to the bottom everything felt truly hostile and alien. Then going even DEEPER and sneaking through the forest afterward. Those fucking bulls and their arrows nearly one shotting me not to mention the electricity balls. It was such a weird ethereally dangerous place. The corpse of the giant deer has me shitting my pants thinking it was going to stand up and fuck my shit. Had no idea what the flame shrines did but I was so deep I couldn’t go back. Then finally realizing what they were lighting up and being transported to the guardians lair. And all of this was just seemingly an optional area off the beaten path. Ffs From makes it look like not a single developer has understood what open world games can be until now.

Currently I got till mohg, I found this side street with a lion but there's no bridge in the capital, I don't have a somber 7 but I do have 1 - 6 and 8. I went to the manor and I got a mission to ice some dude in limgrave. I'm missing this siegward like dude at the radahn festival.
