I planned on using twinblades this run, or possibly dual wielding either daggers or longswords, but once I found Winged Scyth I just couldn't resist a hybrid Faith build. Faith mainly just for the heals, or to toss some fireballs at annoying ranged foes, but then mainly building up a hybrid weapon with physical and either fire or holy damage. The winged Scyth is so fucking good, it has crazy range, does both physical/holy, swings fast as hell 2 handed and even has 55 blood buildup per hit. Fucking love it.
It has a strict requirement of 22 faith though so you kind of have to partially dedicate to it, there are talisman's like the one with +5 faith but you still have to put a descent amount into it. Worth it though.
My goal before finding this weapon was the Gargoyle's black blades, which again is a faith based weapon, but you can't get that until like mid-mid/end game. Fucking love this Scyth though, the 55 blood loss buildup is icing on the cake.
I beat an NPC invader and got a really sick dagger, the Reduvia, it's weapon skill quickly shoots out a beam that does damage and blood stack, prob the best dagger in the game and strong as fuck for PVP, so on my 2nd playthrough I may dual wield them.

That sword is going to be so commonly used by normalfags all across the globe because "omg it glows so pretty". Yet, it requires dedication to int, when int is absolute garbage in this game, so that's a big sacrifice to make in stats but you have to do it because it scales so well with INT.
