He looks nothing like him you fucking idiot. Kiefer was used for his voice and to capture the facial animations, thats it. They put the standard number of little dots on his face to capture the movement of his mouth, eyes, and other things that typically move around when speaking or emoting. Big Boss was not designed to look like Sutherland, nor was Ocelot for Baker. They are not using the likeness of the actors.
Venom used a composite of anonymous faces likely related to white staff, Ocelot uses the model of an Aussie bodybuilder, and Kaz is a modified Eric Bossick. Huey is based off a French model.

You're completely braindead. It's uncanny valley how similar the two look in motion. OBVIOUSLY it's not entirely based on anyone and is modeled by hand, but it's Sutherland's fucking facial structure and features for the most part.
