The world is unironically way too fucking big and it's filled with enemies that completely wreck your shit and it's sucking the fun right out of it for me. I'm gonna persist in the hope I finally find my inner gud but I'm very doubtful at this point, in fact if it wasn't for Torrent I would have quit the game already, I'll be honest. Sometimes the only tactic is to run through an area and basically avoid everything.

Pic somewhat related to my rant. Can't beat him at level 38 even with jellybro.

you should have kneeled

I thought this for the start of the game, but now I'm midggame it's got so much better. I'm starting to like the open world meme, and I was one of the folk shitposting about it before launch.

Can you fuck up NPC questlines by getting to far into the game before finding them?

>Filled with enemies that completely wreck your shit
Around level 33 I've started being able to kill all minibosses I find first time and without even using flask charges. It's unironically too easy of a game. I want bosses that will take me hours to beat, not minutes.

Too big is absolutely fucking right
40+ hours and I just finished discovering the map (except select areas that are STILL tucked away and out of reach, e.g that hill in the lake area)
It's so massive that the space in between things means very little but you need to explore it anyway in the case of there being a very rare story, weapon, armour or other item
And when I say explore, I mean every inch, it's rediculous
The game is the best From software souls game when you're in the legacy dungeons and fighting actual bosses plus the combat has never been better

>Can't beat him at level 38 even with jellybro.
Use the Godrick soldier bros and hit him with gravity magic or bleed that bitch out

>Can't beat him at level 38
Christ he's not that hard. Just fucking roll when he swings at you ffs

Yeah, I'll admit it, I'm being completely filtered and I'm a proper vet of the series too. I literally breezed through Bloodborne solo last year for the first time and thought it was too easy.

>40+ hours and I just finished discovering the map
How the fuck did you manage to discover the entire map in 40 hours? or do you mean just running on horse to find the maps and not do anything else there?

where did my maiden go??? She just hold my hand and fucked off forever

also how do I unlock map parts? They are just dark and it looks shit

He never stops swinging, and this seems to be a theme of most bosses in the game. They're too fast and attack constantly. In comparison your player characters movements feel slow and cumbersome, it's very frustrating. There's no movesets anymore, they just do whatever the fuck they want seemingly at random, it's just constant attacks.

You can see little pillars on the map by the road even when its not unlocked yet, thats where you find the map pieces, you may have to go near them to show up on the map but they're always near a road

He has plenty of punishable moves where you can get in multiple hits.

>complain for years about enemy scaling
>play a game without enemy scaling
>complain even more
Gaymers are the worst and most braindead culture on the planet.

His fast combo has a long telegraph before it comes out, run away from him when he does it

the problem is that even tho the game is openworld the design of it isnt
you cant just tackle a boss anyway you like cuz of the shitty left over mist gates
now imagine if they werent there, you could maybe sneak attack for some inital damage like sekiro
use horse to cheese some bosses
find some area from where you can range/magic before going in there for melee
find a route around the boss
nope here is you shitty souls arena you like every game before it
why make an openworld game that has no freedom of tackling foes and bosses

I'm going to have to disagree and say you're just coping at your own lack of skill.

If the game was really broken and unfair, how did I beat all the bosses so far while having fun with every single one?

I've found thats only true for the story bosses, all the optional ones are similar to ds3, you can always level, upgrade weapons and flask if you're still struggling

I just defeated him. Head down the walkway past the giant there is a small room with a dead knight and a woman standing over him. Chat her up and you can summon her to help fight him.

I wasn’t that keen at the beginning. Limgrave feels too open and empty but then I got to stormveil and started to fall in love. The games open world areas are a bit shit tbqh. After godrick, I was disappointed because of the liurnia lake section which I just rushed through but then the academy was also great. I love the soulslike levels

You were probably summoning real players like a fucking scrub. All the games are easy least when you summon actual humans.

I didn't summon either real people or NPCs.

Yeah but we only have your word for that though. Of course you're not gonna admit to it lol

oh no, you got me. So now I'm going to call you out, and say you actually don't own the game and are shazamposting under you discord tranny supervisor.
