Damn female child!

Brink, when it originally released on the xbox 360
The game itself was cool, but it was multiplayer only and they didn't have stable servers for what felt like months.

it still didn't deliver on the story promises
the game was supposed to be filled with options and paths for you to choose
and then shat the bed when it turned into a linear story sans the ending

Medal of Honor Warfighter.

Red Dead Redemption 2. It wasn't shit and definitely had some cool moments but was clunky, tedious and very often boring. The first game is better in almost every way with the exception of visuals, and a few minor things. I was pretty disappointed considering I followed all the news up until release and thought it sound cool.

smash ultimate but i probably should've seen it coming given how relatively fast it was going to release after smash 4

took me a second to dig it up, fallout 4, only game i think i was ever actually hyped for turned out nothing like FO3 or NV, FO4 was bland and boring

Elden Ring

Doom Eternal. I loved 2016 but all the changes they made were awful
