I love Elden Ring

He isn't wrong, the game feels like a DS3 expansion sometimes. Also the world so far is not very interesting, is just ooen world woth some forest. Nothing new.

You're not even out of the first area.

call me a casual but I love huge empty open worlds where all you do is run around, fight enemies and collect shit

Fuck up discord cunt

>discord bogeyman
pathetic

i hated the first 4 hours, now i love it
i guess redditors just quit early

I don't hate open world games or anything I'm just tired of every game being open world. Like holy shit there are other genres, y'know?

how is reddit bogeyman any better you spastic cretin?

hes not wrong its incredibly boring. Stormveil was okay I guess but otherwise its a slog.
Ranking goes Sekiro>Bloodborne>DS1>Demon's Souls>DS3>Elden Ring>DS2

I don’t care about Reddit retards.
Do everyone a favor & fuck off back to your shithole.

I hate that I'm agreeing with a redditor, why did you do this to me

>Schlop schlop schlop

nah just stormveil makes ER better than DS3 already. for example margit and godfreak are better than any boss in ds3.

>I have finished all of X games
This is never true.

I'm a huge Resident Evil fan and I've only finished 20 of the games.

99.9% of games are not open world.

He's right, though.

most modern releases are open world, hell even zelda went open world

Why do you have a reddit account

99.9% of modern releases are not open world. Open world games cost more to make than linear games and therefore have more advertising, that's why you think all new games are open world.

>finish Limgrave/Stormveil
>walk out to Thus Spoke Zarathrusta cover art
>get excited for adventure
>follow the most obvious path to continue my quest
>giant swamp
>quit game

>When I got teleported somewhere and it was miles above the map I'd explored so far
Then I saw the actual full map in a thread here.

hes a mobilefag might as well be the ultimate cancer

I didnt like it until I got to stormveil which is one of the best levels Ive played in any From game

when I mean "modern" I mean the big budget shit for the most part. I know indies have a bit more variety

reduce enemy hp and i'll love it more

Redditors have no drive.

Neither dies Any Forums but at least we play our vidya.

>please From Soft make my shit build work because im incapable of doing it on my own
retardo

How about you just reinforce your weapons

The game really have an awful start, it's kind of sad

has anyone gotten to ng+ yet?

>reddit

honestly they are right and my last souls game was ds2, it still feels like the same shit except worse because the satisfaction of getting through an area is gone

Fuck, this is why I dislike the open world so much
I'm lacking the feeling of getting through a zone up till the Boss
The open world of Elden Ring I just kinda, skip all encounters to get to the area, because it serves no purpose in wasting your time on it

its an issue when developers follow a formula. even if you love it you will tire out. I love the fallout games (say what you will about them but I enjoy playing them) but I've played all of them so many times at this point I'll drop new playthroughs like 15 hours in just because I've done it so much. I imagine a lot of people really feel the same about some parts of elden ring. other parts I'm finding quite fun like exploring stormveil castle
