That's fine if you don't have the space for a big media room or live with roommates, which is the case for most people these days, but if you can actually afford to live alone with a decent media room you should keep screens out of the bedroom. Shit destroys your quality of sleep.

I'm about to start a cargo container home. soon, Any Forumsrothers....
She and her boyfriend (male) sleep in the neighboring bedroom but there's a door connecting the rooms so it isn't weird.
We watch netflix and funimation/crunchyroll as we fall asleep.
Both of us work from home, so we just sleep when needed.

Movies/anime and it's 4K (Monitors are 1080p @ 165hz)
Some games look better in 4K, others are better at the higher frame rate.
And, sometimes I just want to recline while I play.
