Hours in the open world

out of all the obvious false flags this has to be the dumbest one, if anything the world is littered with interesting drops and cool shit around every corner. Just post about the framerate next time or some shit

I've been playing for hours and still rocking my default confessor armor. There hasn't been a single worthwhile piece of loot.

Because this game is open world, you can be very close to finding gear but miss it just barely.
You can kill the knights, footmen and riders for their sets. Also, one of the travelling vendors in Morne sells a cool looking Iron scale armor set. It's on the road to the castle near the Grace, can't miss him

It's like fromsoft doesn't realize that these enemies aren't in the way anymore. The only motivation for killing them is for loot and they have none of that.

the open world is simply retarded, i got the same experience as OP in my 10 hours so far.
im literally fighting the landscape to look for fucking dungeons because there is fuck all to equip.
also, the world feels emty to me, i dont fucking know what those autists were smoking when they were saying that there is shit happening everywhere in the world.
there fucking isnt.
the world design is ugly as fuck too

Is there seriously no armor to find in this game? Ds1 used to have full armor sets scattered throughout the world..

I am 11 hours in, and I didn't find a single set. Literally one helmet. But merchants usually sell full sets, and there are a ton of merchants.

Almost no armor apart from godrick knights and only 7 weapons in my inventory after traversing half the playable map looking for shit.
