I have been playing games for almost 3 decases now. I've witnessed the games that pushed the medium forward. From the first gta to mgs and ff7 on ps1 and the ocarina of time on n64. The awe was there. Botw , i clocked around 700 hours and still boot it up from time to time just because. I played all from soft games and Bloodborne gave me the same chills of '' thats next level'' ( Like ds1).
I ''finished'' playing CP yesterday after almost 70 hours of doing everything i could do for my first playthrough. There were still some hiccups here and there but that was undeniably a gaming experience like no other. Up there with the rest of them. I saw metacritic scores of Elden RIng after i wrapped cp up, of 97 and even though i was not in the mood for a souls game, i knew either way sometime i was gonna play it, i went and bought it physically for the launch edition as it had some cool stuff in it that later i might not be able to get.
Booted it up and i was welcomed with the same thing i have been acustomed on seeing from Fromsoft. After an hour or so got so bored and returned to my second playthrough of CP. I dont know, its something about this game, The colors, the graphics, the interaction with the hands , the overall world and art direction, its a new kind of addiction.
I remember playing firewatch for the first time and didnt want it to end. I imagined what a full fledged rpg in that style would be and i think i got that with cp. Really hope this game gets more visibility again as it is trully special and needs all the attention as far as im concerned. So many possibilities.
I should probably finally play cyberpunk now that it's so patched

Game was good at release. It was a story-driven, character-driven, RPG with some interesting and neat features like hacking, time-slow gunplay, and cybernetics.

I will say, it is much better then it was at launch and is in a better state. There are still the odd bugs here and there and it isn't perfect, but I am enjoying myself. I just wish the game was delayed until later and wasn't rushed out, it feels like they wanted to do much more with it but couldn't due to time.
