Not him but I have it running 50-60 on mostly high settings on Linux on my 3600/5500XT
Many areas are 60 locked, any area inside is 60
Only some open world sections are 50-60 and it still feels fine

linux is only good for sysadmins i.e. having a network of computers in say a school keyboarding class. other than that, it's a redundant OS that creates more problems than it solves, and it is an absolute chore to maintain to do everything you want it to do. in the last 5 years windows has caught up to everything linux has fucking sucked at and did it just as acceptable.
