Use Nvidia control panel as a fps limiter. The point of the fix is to improve stuttering with the internal limiter. No one said this was a 120hz solution.
The game is stuttering because it puts all the load on 1 CPU core. I tried running it on 800x600 and it's still lagging, meaning it has nothing to do with having low end graphics cards. And since it only uses 1 core the CPU you have won't matter either.
It's just spaghetti code. Refund and pirate this shit
I paid a thousand dollars for my PC in 2016 and I can play Elden Ring at 60 FPS on high setting. How much money have you spent buying consoles since 2016, to end up getting 50 fps?
