PS5 is 60fps locked
The native PS5 version runs at 50-60fps
All console versions have way less stutter than even high-end PCs

Breath of the Wild has incredible music, beautifully designed towns with thousands of discoveries, well designed puzzles, thousands of hours of secrets, incredible memorable missions and experiences, vertical climbing and traversal, hangliding across gigantic landscapes, weather systems, physics, and more.
This is more or less Dark Souls 3 in a last gen open world with very little going for it. Just the truth.
