I will drink 2 sugar free Monsters on Friday and enjoy my game. As long as I stay around 350-400 mg of CAFF a day I'm good. Any more and I have trouble sleeping.

If you really want to be up all night. Sleep in, drink coffee after noon, don't take the preworkout til you start to feel sleepy, that shit will crack you out for at least an hour

this is only a risk if you overdose on the caffeine itself

Don't do that. You also need lots of rest to build your body.
