I recently upgraded from 2x 1600x900 monitors that lacked Freesync (only 59.94hz) to 1x 1920x1080 monitor with 120hz. Scrolling through content is much smoother, even if the games I play can't target 120hz the lack of display lag is wonderful.

Ive switch to 144hz monitor a year back and desu it's not really that bad going from 144 to 60. I can adjust to it in less than 5 minutes. It is nowhere near as uncomfortable as going from 60 to 30.

I can go from playing csgo and fallout nv at 240hz straight into a 30fps console game and it really doesn't look that bad
