Less intriguing true but I think I prefer his story over anything else that happens in KH2. He's the most human character by a long shot, his story line is simple and small, like a coming of age movie or something. His frustration with having these weird memories, and his friends not actually existing and in a way him not actually really existing is I think easy to connect with. I'm not really into the crazy anime shit KH went into, I don't give a shit about org stuff, so for me the first 3 hours of KH2 were the best in terms of story.

KH1 is the best ARPG ever made:
