I'm not optimistic here. Most anime adaptations of vidya turn out really poorly and I don't think this or the Arknights show will be any different.
Also a lot of third worlder poorfags (the target audience of shows like this) already watched their favorite streamers or letsplayers play through NieR Automata anyway so there really isn't much difference

Anime and Western animations are pretty damn different when it comes to ecosystem.
It's why there's so many goddamn anime every season but things like Arcane only come around really rarely. Both have its pros and cons, the fact that I can have a bunch of good shows in two years like Odd Taxi, ID:Invaded, Great Pretender or Sonny Boy is what makes me lean towards the east; but western stuff when it comes out and is actually good has really great production values.
Either way, it's made in Japan by an anime studio so you have to judge it based on vidya adaptation records from there, and they aren't pretty
