I was gonna do a pure dex build but I guess dex/fth is more viable. Still not crazy about katanas because they seem a little cringe, but then again Sekiro is kino so I guess I don't mind.

Depends if you want to invest some points in DEX or FAI for minimum requirements for some incantations and weapons. If you want to purely minmax STR/INT it's Astrologer or Vagabond, depending if you want to start out as melee or as spellcaster.

Vagabond is the safest choice all round. You have posters here saying they’ll never level base str or dex…but this is fucking stupid on your first playthrough. The majority of split stat builds vagabond matches or wins.

Also for my pvp bros. The over levelers are now trying to force a 150 meta even with all great runes boosting stats and the holy trinity of “rings” returning in the game. Havel/FAP/Prisoner(this one got an upgrade and is even more powerful). Also ring slots go up to 4 it’s just a gradual unlock process.
