I've been on and off playing tf2 since it first went F2P, and have never gotten the phlog until very recently since a old lady gifted me every single duplicate item in her inventory, then we fucked around with it with her pocket medicing me and actually planning stuff, using it in that manner felt like I was cheating beacause of how easy it was to kill the entire enemy team over and over with it
