this wouldn't work
Why not?
trust the science chud
is this not literally how hot air balloons work? aside from the fact that its a fucking box and a sack, wouldnt this work?JM0PP
cold air is too heavy
dorf fort
ahahahah you put the captcha in your post.
I bet you feel like a real jackass right nowR4PPW
I hate the anti-christ

the air moves down when it cools so it would cancel out the effects of the hot air
You ARE aware that's how literally the Air balloons have worked for decades right?
This wouldn't work IRL
Why wouldn't this work?
hot air doesn't rise, it's the smoke
also the heat would be distributed evenly along the torch and not just up

This fag lies. I flew from San Francisco to New York on nothing but a basket, twine, 40 trashbags duct taped together and a wax starter log.
Plastic tweezers would break
I mean they do make diamonds like this
electrons too fast to avoid
So I guess we're posting insane stupid concepts that wouldn't work for the lulz.
Graphite and diamond are the same element (carbon), just different allotropes of it.
Then you have to be very fast.
because the mercury slides off when you try to tweeze it, stupid
Youd need to do this around 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times to make 1 kilo of gold.
Atoms are tiny.
it's not economical, the energy it takes to go that fast will cost you more than the value of the gold you produce. if you use a machine it will cost more in electricity, if you do it by hand it will be the price of food
Problem?
The balloon will catch fire, and cold air coming down will cancel-out the upward force.
jeweler hands typed this post
i WILL remove the protons
See
Do you get the meta joke now?
isn't that literally what happened at chernobyl?
You don't actually need to remove the protons. Just encourage one of the protons to capture one of the electrons.
USSR was nothing but troll science
Where are the fins and racing stripes? This'll never work.
I actually figured out how nuclear power works thanks to this image.
More or less, the way nuclear power plants actually work is obviously more complex, but the major disaster at Chernobyl was uncontrolled heating causing a massive steam explosion that destroyed the facility and released a ton of radioactive contamination
Finding out how nuclear power works was disappointing. I always thought it was some shit like nuclear reactions producing energy or something, not a glorified water mill.
