Couldn't agree more on Nu-Wolfenstein, very underrated. I gotta include Return to Castle Wolfenstein as well. The music was perfectly written for the game and the series as a whole, with lots of dramatic, contemplative, tense, and inspirational orchestral scores that really fit the levels and moments they appear in.
