Shangai is a shit map for infantry. It's either being picked off by a roof sniper or being shot in the back at the skyscraper clusterfuck.

4 blew it with the gadgets which ended up having a mostly negative impact on the game.

It was just BF3 with better maps. Bad Company 2 was also much better as a game.

yeah, the launch was so shitty that most people who are nostalgic for it probably bought the game at 80% off 1-2 years after launch when all the DLC was available to play and most things had been "fixed"

Pick your spawn points carefully. Vehicles should be avoided in as infantry unless you can employ some guerilla warfare tactics.

I play this game everyday and I'm slowly starting to hate it bros.

Standards back then were a lot higher so it only makes sense that BF4 is considered gold considering how vile games have gotten recently.
