I bought it after 1.5 and I'm having a blast. I don't know how it was before but it's playing just fine, no major bugs, crowds and drivers are nicely reactive and combat is very punchy and dynamic. I expected the Witcher with guns and got much more than that.

Its better than GTA which is souless and not a RPG. Only thing it stands out is multi which is a grindfest worse than the very first gta:sa mp mod.

The game's real problems were never bugs. Doesn't matter how much clipping they fix, how many safehouses/cars/weapons to buy they add, it'll not fix the real problems with the game, which is that choices mean jackshit and you're always play the same character with the same story no matter your playthrough.
