You're being delusional. The PS4 is much weaker than the series s, especially for open world games, which are taxing on the CPU. The CPU in the Series S is actually on par with the Series x and PS5.

It's not going to run 1440p/60 on the XS. It ran at 45 fps 1080p in the network test, but they weren't done with optimization. So at best you can hope for 1080p/60 on the XS. Which is perfectly fine if they can make it work. The PS5 and XSX won't run the game in 4k/60 either.

Nah, it's 1080p ""60"" FPS on the Series S, 1440p ""60"" FPS on Series X and PS5.
But on PS5 you can play the PS4 version and it runs at locked 60 FPS: it looks significantly worse, but at least the framerate is stable. I'm pretty sure you can't do this on Xbox, because Smart Delivery works too well and it automatically installs the proper version for your console.
