For Neos? Yeah. I haven't experimented with it yet but it should be possible to get out Cosmo Neos on your opponent's turn with the new trap for starters, and it's searchable with Spirit of Neos. The new fusion is good but the Wingman fusion requirement is a bit annoying.
As for the Archive card, it's actually underrated. It enables Turn 1 DPE + Dark Law just from Faris and a discarded HERO alone.

yes and no, the support itself is decent, it's just a matter to see if you can summon big boy neos on your oponents turn consistently enough to call the deck good or if it's still just a rogue deck with cool plays. Only time will tell, but he is not going to be a meta breaking thing, that's for sure
