You don't have to. Just remove it, install the Jas mod and Generic Menu Config mod so you can enable the lewd scenes and go to town, just don't forget that the lewd scenes must be manually enabled since they're still a work in progress, so they'll play automatically when you enter certain areas since they don't have real triggers yet. I think the only thing you'll miss from adding the mod to an existent save is the non-lewd rain event, otherwise you should be able to marry her just fine.
