For those having problems playing through the web-browser, use mpv.
Install mpv + yt-dlp. Place yt-dlp into mpv folder. Rename it "youtube-dl.exe".
There's a huge difference playing live vs. watching a replay. Live you can't skip anything and you get the entire experience.
In a way, having korean casters in the background adds to the experience.
why does the english stream have korean voices
Deeply frustrated that Afreeca, StarCastTV, Tastosis, never could get an arrangement going.
Cancelling official English ASL was the right business move for Afreeca. However, Afreeca should have signed Tastosis to exclusive streaming rights in 2013 onwards to get a cut of their streaming proceeds. Which would have been enough to justify keeping the show afloat. And once the show was in danger, Tastosis should have accepted doing it via donations.
