I mean, I use Visual Studio Code which comes default as dark mode, but i do still use notepad when i need it to open immediately, one of the main benefits is that because its a program thats been relatively unchanged since windows 3.1, its mostly free of unnecessary runtime bloat.

C is such a glorious language.

I use Notepad++ to write code and also to have multiple memos that autosave even if I close the entire thing. It's convenient

fair. I've only tested it on a few dozen games. I'd just dual-boot then if I had something that didn't work. I've tasted Linux, I can never go back.
I'd say 80% of the time it /does/ work, and the other 20 is a reason for people to keep Windows, but there's no way I'd ever make it my primary os again.
