Windows 10 was supposed to be the last official release and become a constantly updated "OS as a service", but they wanted to push Pluton hardware DRM so they forced Win11.
You can really see this because Win11 - while it does have an updated UI - has no real killer app features. Win10 had DirectX 10, what the fuck does Win11 have?

DX12 can work on windows 7, they made it work for World of Warcraft. Apart from that it's just another scheme to make people enter the botnet and it's reminding me of all the schemes the governments in alliance with big pharmaceutical companies made to make people take multiple experimental gene therapy injections that now seem to may have given them AIDS so get tested for AIDS now cattle!

You're absolutely right, M$ COULD have released DirectX12 for Win7, but they didn't and tried to use it to sell Win10. That was my point.
