Imagine skimping out on your CPU in this day and age. Games ARE more complex now with a greater amount of objects on screen with more physics calculations.
That said its Dark Souls 4. From the gameplay shown it should really not require all that much.

You are fine nigga, just put shadows on lowest setting and you will get full 60 fps (this game is locked anyway) without any signifcant drop of quality
