Apart from the original trilogy, none of them need to be remade. They are all fully 3D at that point, so why would they bother going back? RE4make is just a shit cash-grab and I love Capcom.

Just like Arkham Asylum, RE4 changed gaming. There was nothing like it, an action shooter with over the shoulder perspective. The game was an achievement on itself every said it cant be done.
