The piss filter was unironically soulful

you could point and shoot

A bunch of French nerds tried really hard to make something good and cool.

The aesthetic, the music, the level design, the LORE, everything is great except for the forcer boss encounters.

fpbp. its also very comforting to the eyes as it acts as a blue light filter

Literally everything, great game.

loved HR but can't stand MD for more than an hour or two

Every time I see a thread about Deus Ex I feel like replaying it

>HR
>good
Aw fuck, I'm on bizarro Any Forums again
The game is woeful, it's an absolute shit, basic bitch of a "Deus Ex" game
They didn't even finish or optimize it before they shoved it out for sale

Why not? I'm curious.
I love HR since day one, finally played through MD a few weeks ago for the first time. I prefer HR but MD was also pretty good.

>>basic bitch of a "Deus Ex" game
>implying the other games on the franchise are as good as the first

Deus Ex HR was one of the last games to come out before Skyrim ruined games in general

MD is too clustered with grafix everywhere
HR was nice and simple on the eyes, but MD is showing way too much stuff

I had so much fun fucking around in this game.

i liked adam's voice
has elias gotten any new worthwhile gigs in games after MD?

I didn’t have a problem with it

>Legit can't download the game and play with the piss filter now

I tried everything, FitGirls torrent, original torrents, FTP sites, patches, hacks, nothing works. It's so fucking sterile now.

shut up you contrarian cunt, this game was a great immersive experience

It was alright. Probably the best Deus Ex experience they could've made for the time even if I have gripes with it

It was good but I wonder why people are afraid of depth like in the first DX. Why does a game appeal to a wider audience if it's more streamlined? Isn't it more fun to have more choices and do your own thinking instead of being able to do everything like in HR, but become 20% better at it if you spec into it?

it feels so janky compared to MD, idk why

pre-release Any Forums was having a meltdown over this game, freaking out and thinking the filter was the worst thing on the planet, then the demo came out and people were very surprised, then they found the memes in the game and freaked out again
good times

If you liked HR I recommend giving MD another go.
I gave up on MD about 2 or 3 hrs in too when it released. It does get better later on if you stick with it.
Definitely not as good nor as deep as HR but still decent if you take it for what it is. There's better stealth late game.

It's linear trash dressed up as a stealth game, painfully consolized brain-dead garbage

kys zoomer piece of shit

>alex jones rambling on the fucking radio in the background
>BY THE WAY JENSEN STAY OUT OF THE LADIES' RESTROOM
Yeah I'm thinking kino.

Pure unadulterated kino. Hope nobody got (piss) filtered by it

im probably going to be a called a troll or contraian, but idc.
invisible war is far better than both these sqaure enix games. generic and bland games i forgot right after playing.

at least invisible war has the early 2000s scifi charm and weird original xbox jank.
