I replayed it recently and while it was fun it has a lot of issues. The 3rd person sections are really clunky and just not that fun, kind of the same with the landmaster. Arwing sections are good but they really don't feel as well fleshed out as in 64, I'm guessing because the team had less time to dedicate to them. The story with the aparoids is actually good, it's just insanely short; took me like 3 hours to finish the campaign and I wasn't even trying to go fast.
This is one of those games that genuinely deserves a remake; there were a lot of really good ideas here, it just got bogged down a lot by the general lack of polish; something a remake could completely rectify.
