Kamiya's dream game

>Kamiya's dream game
>Big Action RPG with a sprawling world similar to Dragon's Dogma
>Customizable Dragon with different forms
>Can collect DNA from monsters to give Dragon new mutations
>Dragon AI is an companion similar to DD pawns, will learn and attack weak spots
>Dragon Link mechanic that gave you direct control over the dragon by holding LB
>Was incredibly far along in development, could probably be finished in a year.
>Next gen Xbox means framerate issues are no longer a problem

Give me a good reason why this game doesn't deserve a second chance Any Forums

it's made by hacks

>Kamiya
There's your biggest problem

I can't. You win, OP.

>Platinum

Even if the game is a 7/10 it would still be worth going back to finish because the game looked like it was damn near finished apart from the obvious framerate problems.

Kamiya directed RE2, DMC1 and Bayonetta, some of the greatest games ever made.

Imagine being able to work on your dream game just to take the money used for it to work on other projects. Scalebound would most likely be revived, but worked on a completely different dev team. It will be glorious watching Kamiya seethe for all eternity.

HAHAHAHAHA LOL HAHAHAHA LMAOOOO

Gameplay is slow and repetitive and the va is even worse than forspoken

Is this some kind of cope Xbox fans started? Microsoft has a history of badly managed games and cancellations.

It looked like shit

And Platinum has a history of bad mangament and being removed from projects. If MS was truly at fault, why does Kamiya have to BEG MS just to give him the time and day. Even after fucking up Obsidian, they still acknowledged them and bought them out. The only reason why they are still in business is because of Tencent and Nintendo keep giving them life lines. Can't wait for Babylon Falls to be a huge flop just to cement how shit they are.

>And Platinum has a history of bad mangament and being removed from projects

....Which started after Scalebound's cancellation which almost bankrupted the company until Nier Automata saved them. All their bad games were made on insanely tight shoestring budgets, and even then they still managed to make a killer game like Transformers Devastation.

The fights in this game looked kind of insane, I'm not surprised it had trouble running on Xbox.

Is that nero?

No, DMC5 Nero is the Scalebound guy.

you have history of being a little bitch.

>Platinum made Nier Automata in 2 years
>Made Metal Gear Rising in 1.5 years
>Made Transformers Devastation in less than 1 year
>But Scalebound is where they somehow forgot how to develop games for SOME reason

Curious.

they were developing multiple games while developing scale bound at the same time.

Yes, and that's how their studio has always operated, and it wasn't a problem until Scalebound.

Scalebound was and is still their biggest game to date.

if they want to bring it back, they should just get rid of the multiplayer feature and just make it single-player only.

Man who parries twitter posts all day admits he couldnt handle online mechanics and the scope of the project
