Nvidia themselve published a blogpost about the game, saying a working beta was send to them so they can collaborate to optimize it and implement the super-duper-awesome-features (tm) Nvidia has. Meaning it has at the very least a playable version with gameplay somewhere. It doesn't mean the game still can't be shit, but it at least means it exists and has gameplay. The idea it's just a vaporware scam and bullshot has been dispelled a while ago.
