The only chance you would have is if the game has particularly offensive auto aim for controllers. However, you would likely still lose because console players are all casual, bad gamers that play exclusively against other casuals such as children and 40+ year old dads.

I'm not sure what exactly is janky in Tarkov. Once you learn the game after a month, everything is pretty clear cut and smooth. You can do everything in a non-convoluted way, unlike ARMA where you're going through menus to perform basic actions.

Not a single of these is the real problem, which is literally THE worst netcode in history of gaming (this is not a hyperbole, it is actually measured fact), server issues, absolutely fucked sound and cheater infestation. And that is not by far all.

The gameplay itself is smooth once you're in. If you're playing tetris with your inventory, it's the game subtlety telling you you're hoarding too much shit. After I decided to vendor mostly everything, I now don't play tetris anymore after every match. You can start hoarding once you get boxes.

I haven't run into cheaters. Net code I haven't had issues with because the movement isn't fast paced to notice. People get long range headshots all the time. Server issues only affect queuing which sucks, but it's not as bad as the game lagging. The sound also has weird bugs that need to be fixed, but it's not fucked at all. If it was fucked, it would be useless or near useless.

I haven't played much Tarkov but I've run into cheaters. (Searched his tag on google, first result was a online forum of cheaters)
The netcode and loading time is absolutely awful, and I'm on fiber connection.

The only problems with the sound are the metal slap that randomly play during some games, but you know that noise and aren't bother by it after you learn it, and sometimes you'll hear a scav screaming loudly before his voice gets quiet. The only other is you can't hear movement below you compared to above.
Not game breaking at all. And you can claim every game has cheaters if there is no evidence required to say the game has cheaters. It's another one of those "wow he got a headshot on me! What a cheater!"
