I would say the game is worth getting if you want a relaxing game that is super slow. but it is very soothing to relax to. unless you want to move a bridge.

This game is really boring when you've got things looking how you want. The animals aren't worth talking to and there's nothing to do. Checking shops and visiting tiny look-a-like islands don't do it for me. They did a great job with the decorating but I wish they had put some effort into the community aspect of the game. It feels like the animals are just island decorations instead of neighbors. I also wonder why they didn't bother to put in mini-games.
I love winter when it snows and only when it snows. Too bad it barely ever snows in my village.

Been playing since launch and my island is still half cool shit I planned out and half garbage dump, because I'm too perfectionist to just make something half decent . Still trying to fill the catalog with all the new items that came out with 2.0. I'm finally starting to run out of the millions I made on Turnips when the game started and not looking forward to doing it again.
