Season 2 = 3 > Defenders = 1. All of them were great in their own right, and the ending of season 3 on top of the Punisher argument are easily the standouts.
Shame about the priest in season 3, him and Matt's discussions were great because it gave Matt food for thought.

It's like season 2 was divided into two storylines and the B story was way more interesting and engaging and the A story with the Hand was just stupid, unbelievable and ultimately uninteresting retelling of the season 1 taking down a powerful crime syndicate plotline
