Rockstar is kind of shit in some ways. They don't care about the quality of the user experience. For example it took a random community memeber to fix a JSON bug that was like doubling loading times. And other small things like how you change outfits, it shows they feel entitled and so they don't work at it anymore

It's going to be a GTAV remaster for next gen and an always online expansion to shill more shark cards

I know the next Bioshock game will be bad because the other 3 were, but sold very well, so there is no incentive to improve the formula.

Rockstar have made an immense amount of money from GTAO and they may or may not focus on that to the diminishment of SP. I will follow GTA6 news but I'm not going to whip myself into a frenzy over an announcement.
