both
The original - due to no fault of the game / remake.
Back then people were just easier to impress.
By the time the Remake came out - everyone was used to better stuff - it just didn't have the same effecft anymore.
The one based on a real dead guy
do people actually believe that's a real dead guy?
OG is way scarier by the fact alone that the zombie looks concious of what it is doing, unlike the mindless beast in Remake, which looks almost cartoony.
Fuck off. That remake was years ahead of it's time visually. It impressed hard.
This. The eyes look so aware of what's going on
It was dragged out too long in remake
I don't have nostalgia goggles on since I only played the series recently (1 and remake)
Original RE zombie is way fucking creepier. The intense eye full of quiet malice, the closed unemotional mouth, striking bright skin, the way the shitty animation makes it's head snap back etc. No fucking way I could have played this as a kid.
Why did they censor it in the remake? The original scene with Kenneth's half eaten head is gruesome as hell but the remake version is practically PG rated.
OG goes hard with the eyes, you KNOW that thing is aware of you entering the room, its eyes tell you that you will be its next victim
Remake just ends up looking like some kind of lost, scared animal just by its mannerisms
Original, the eyes peering back at you are creepy for some reason
the ds port
the one i played first
Valve's version
I always felt that whiting out the zombie eyes was a mistake in the Remake.
probably the same reason they cut the hunter decapitation even though it was uncensored in earlier trailers
The new Sony movie ofc youtube.com
Original is way too iconic. Also see
It's all in the eyes.
>the fucking pig squeals
