There are small noticeable details that signify that this is a female character. Starting with the face, round soft features. The shape of the head and how the eyes are drawn are all curves. The tuft of hair on top is rather neatly combed over and flows with more curves around her cheek. In addition to this she is depicted with a small pink nose which compared to say a larger black one is fairly feminine. Next is the shoulders, again curved and drawn tightly against the torso, a male design would have them be broader. Moving onto her torso she has a narrow waist and large hip which is the big tell, if you haven't noticed lines = man curves = woman. Her leg fur itself is flared out mimicking pantaloons which hints to a female design. It's possibly why she isn't wearing pants in the first place in addition to balancing your gaze up and down. I would say that the artists have done a great job to create a female anthropomorphic cartoon mouse with female signifiers that aren't bows skirts lipstick hairbands earrings the color pink or tits.
