It is master morality in the worst possible maxim. Worse, it lacks the individualism typical master morality affirms, so it's not even master morality but rather a paradox of both master morality and slave morality, combining the unrestrained violence of master morality, and the ascetic herd-like mentality of slave morality.

No he didn't you illiterate fuckwad. He found it more affirmable but not better than slave morality. The Ubermensch was meant to correct the inconsistencies of both.
