It will go through, unless someone bought Epic and made UE exclusive nothing could really "hurt" rivals in a space like this. There are a ton of other developers and publishers around putting games out.

It should be stopped but there is enough lobbyist money that it wont happen

this is just standard takeover work, it doesn't mean there is anything to be suspicious of, but rather to ensure that no monopoly is formed through it

Who’s Mircopenis going to buy next, Sony?

Doesn't the FTC ALWAYS look into extremely large corporate mergers?

why is it the kikes business to oversee other peoples spending?

because they can make money from it in many different ways; best example is the SEC, they exist purely to take in free money from companies while pretending to be in the interests of investors and consumers, when in reality they cause incredible harm to both

>over
>implying it ever got started

Taxation is literally the number 1 main reason why governments exist on this planet. It's the primary job of any government; taking control of the labor of other people. Taxation is how modern countries do it most efficiently.
Obviously the government is going to be very vigilant and careful about the financial goings-ons of their largest pay-pigs.

I wish.

It's going to go through easily compared to something like Fox/Disney. It's just keeping Microsoft third in the global market behind Sony and current market leader Tencent. There's no monopoly concerns and there probably won't even be concessions.

>Implying greedy kikes actually give a shit about "harming consumers", and this isn't just some petty squabbling to make sure that Microsoft will still force a bunch of diversity pandering into Blizzard games

Snoys coping hard lol

Not a burger, but from another common law country

There's probably a provision that triggers an automatic review in purchasing another public company by the FTC

Zoomers need to stop being retarded

>American company trying to buy another American company
FTC won't do shit.

meh
they'll just ask for their slice of the cake and leave them be
i mean, what are they supposed to do otherwise? force Bobby Kotic to buy the company again?
they should have broken up Disney a looooooooooong time ago.
Despite all their money, Disney is just theme parks and movies, not the company who likely designs all the software for the defense department. M$ most likely has the key to every backdoor the CIA had them install in every piece of software, no other company could sink the government as low and as fast as a tech company

Sony's purchase of Bungie would probably come under more scrutiny since Sony's second in the market and it's also a foreign company taking over an American business. There's way more factors there than MS/Activision

>Sony
>Foreign
They sold their soul to California a long time ago

Very true but Bungie also isn't that huge and Sony did overpay.

Sony isn't foreign anymore.
