It's pretty fun mechanically once you get a better grasp of the game
Its offroad works weird & quite differently than in other games. Simply put, when mushrooming through offroad, you'll lose that speed you got from the mushroom much less than in any other games where you almost instantly get punished once the Mushroom's boost is done.

So the top one is a new trick system and setup i don't know anything about the second one is a acrobatic mod which boosts you when you let go doing a zip boost which combines with items in the game and boosts in the level if it has it.

The only Mario Kart native to a console I owned that I never bothered with. I did play it once with someone else's copy but I don't feel like I missed out on anything. I never liked the original Mario Kart and this one was basically Super Mario Kart 2. I know it's limitations of the system but I think flat-track racers are boring.
