I played the original back in 2014 and the remake last year, so here's a quick summery of the replacements.
Eruru gets a new CG of Hakuoro holding her in bad and kissing her, followed by fade to black sex
Karura gets a new CG of kneeling to Hakuoro and then locks him in her room and has fade to black sex
Urtori has a new CG of playing with some kids at an orphanage, and Hakuoro shows up and lets her take charge of the orphanage. This one is kind of dumb because how will a princess form another country who is only here temporarily manage the orphanage?
Camyu gets Sakura'd and only sucks blood, gets a new CG for it
Touka gets the worst replacement. She has no idea what sex is and Karura gives her a bad explanation, leading her to just pin Hakuoro down until he passes out. Gets a new CG for it. This one hurt because her original scene was actually really funny.
Yuzu didnt get a new CG, but her scene was good. Hakuoro lifts he up, kisses her, grabs her hips, and then it just shows the stars before fading to black. I guess it was to reference an earlier scene where she says she wants to become a star. If you use the new soundtrack in this scene, Koi Yume starts playing and hits right in the feels.
Most of this isnt even new since it's form the PS2 version but no one played that.

Valkyria Chronicles isn't a VN, and Uta's gameplay is more like Disgaea than VC IMO. Haven't played Suikoden though.
